Revision of Symposium: metabarcoding of environmental samples from Tue, 2013-04-23 08:37

<p class="rtejustify"><img align="right" class="media-image attr__typeof__foaf:Image img__fid__90 img__view_mode__file_styles_medium attr__format__file_styles_medium" height="165" id="5" src="http://bebol.myspecies.info/sites/bebol.myspecies.info/files/styles/medi... title="DSCF9747.JPG" typeof="foaf:Image" width="220" />A one-day symposium on metagenomics and environmental DNA took place on Friday 19 April 2013 in Brussels. This symposium was organised by the <a href="http://jemu.myspecies.info/">Joint Experimental Molecular Unit</a> of the <a href="http://www.naturalsciences.be/">Royal Belgian Institute of Natural Sciences (RBINS)</a> and of the <a href="http://www.africamuseum.be/home">Royal Museum for Central Africa (RMCA)</a>, the <a href="http://www.inbo.be/">Research Institute for Nature and Forest (INBO)</a> and the <a href="http://www.provant.be/bestuur/departementen/leefmilieu/pih/">Provincial Institute for Hygiene (PIH-Antwerpen).</a></p>
<p class="rtejustify">In total, 93 participants from more than 30 institutions attended the symposium.</p>
